By accessing or using DOBBS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

DOBBS is exclusively for registered medical practitioners in Malaysia. To use the Service, you must:

• Be a registered doctor with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use DOBBS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share patient-identifiable information without appropriate consent
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
• Impersonate other users or medical professionals
• Use the Service for commercial advertising without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Share login credentials with non-verified individuals

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on DOBBS. By posting content, you grant DOBBS a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Content on DOBBS is for professional discussion and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice for patient care decisions. Users should verify information independently and exercise professional judgment. DOBBS is not liable for clinical decisions made based on discussions on the platform.

6. Sponsored Content

DOBBS may display sponsored content from healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical companies. All sponsored content is clearly labeled. DOBBS does not endorse any products or services advertised on the platform.

7. Pocket EMR

The Pocket EMR feature is a personal tracking tool, not a medical record system. Users are responsible for:

• Using de-identified information (initials/nicknames only)
• Complying with PDPA requirements for any personal data stored
• Maintaining appropriate backups of important information

8. Intellectual Property

The DOBBS platform, including its design, features, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

DOBBS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
